At Skyvelin, we are committed to ensuring that every order reaches our customers safely, discreetly, and on time. This Shipping Policy outlines how we handle the processing, packaging, and delivery of your orders, along with the terms that apply to shipping timelines and responsibilities.
1. Order Processing Time
All confirmed orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays).
Once your order is processed, it is handed over to our trusted logistics and courier partners for delivery.
During peak seasons, promotional sales, or unforeseen delays, processing times may be slightly extended.
Customers will be notified via email or SMS once their order has been dispatched.
🕒 Note: Orders placed after 5:00 PM IST are processed the next business day.
2. Shipping & Delivery Timelines
We currently ship to most locations across India through reputed courier services such as Delhivery, BlueDart, DTDC, and India Post.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to factors like courier delays, weather, local restrictions, or incorrect shipping details.
3. Discreet Packaging
At Skyvelin, we understand the importance of privacy.
All orders are shipped in secure packaging — with no mention of product type or content on the exterior.
Only your name, address, and contact number appear on the label for courier purposes.
💖 Your privacy is our priority. Every product is carefully wrapped to ensure both safety and discretion.
4. Order Tracking
Once shipped, you will receive a tracking ID via email or SMS.
You can track your order anytime on our Track Order page or through the courier partner’s official website.
If your tracking ID shows “Delivered” but you have not received the package, please contact us within 48 hours at contact@skyvelin.com for investigation.
5. Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses
Customers are requested to ensure that their shipping address, pin code, and contact number are accurate at the time of order placement.
Skyvelin will not be responsible for failed deliveries due to:
Incorrect or incomplete address details.
Recipient unavailability at the given address.
Refusal to accept the parcel.
If the shipment is returned due to such reasons, the customer will bear the reshipping charges.
6. Delivery Attempts
Courier partners will make up to 2 delivery attempts.
If undelivered after multiple attempts, the package will be returned to our warehouse.
Reshipment will only be initiated after prepayment of shipping charges by the customer.
7. Delayed or Lost Shipments
While we work only with trusted logistics partners, occasional unforeseen delays may occur due to external factors such as:
Natural disasters, strikes, weather, or local restrictions.
Logistic network issues beyond our control.
In case of excessive delay (beyond 15 working days), please contact our team — we will coordinate with the courier to resolve or replace the shipment where applicable.
Lost-in-transit orders will be replaced or refunded after official courier verification.
8. International Shipping
At present, Skyvelin ships only within India.
We are working towards enabling international shipping in the near future, ensuring the same safety and privacy standards for our global customers.
9. Shipping Charges
Shipping charges (if applicable) are displayed at checkout before payment.
Free shipping may apply on specific order values or promotional campaigns.
Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the product was verified as damaged or defective upon delivery.
10. Damaged Packages
If your parcel appears tampered or damaged at the time of delivery:
Do not accept the package.
Immediately inform the courier to mark it as “Rejected – Damaged Package”.
Notify our support team at contact@skyvelin.com within 24 hours with photos/videos.
Once we verify, a replacement will be issued as per our Return & Exchange Policy.
11. Split Deliveries
Sometimes, your order may arrive in multiple shipments due to product availability or warehouse distribution.
You will receive separate tracking details for each parcel (if applicable).
12. Change of Shipping Address
Address modifications are only allowed before the order is processed.
Once dispatched, no change of address can be made.
If you need to update your address after placing an order, contact our team immediately within 2 hours of purchase.
13. Force Majeure
Skyvelin shall not be liable for delays or non-delivery caused by circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to:
natural calamities, government restrictions, transportation issues, lockdowns, or civil disturbances.
14. Customer Responsibility
Please ensure someone is available to receive the parcel at the delivery address.
We are not liable for parcels once marked “Delivered” by the courier.
Unclaimed or refused shipments may attract a restocking fee or deduction of shipping costs.
